Partner Managers
Working out in the field, they are supported by the Desk Based Account Manager and Partner Experience teams.
Desk Based Account Managers
They work with the Partner Managers to deliver exceptional account management through combined sales, marketing and commercial initiatives across EE and BT.
Partner Experience Team
The team also ensure prompt and accurate weekly commission payments, dealing with any queries, and process sales orders and connection data.
Marketing Delivery and Design Team
With a dedicated in-house Graphic Designer, we can focus all our creative energy into delivering distinctive solutions across various platforms.

Partner Manager
I am a Partner Manager and have over 20 years’ experience supporting partners in growing their business. I am passionate about forging great working relationships with my partners and believe this is a strong foundation for success.

Ann-Marie Bailey
Partner Experience Specialist
I am part of the Partner Experience Team supporting you with your connections, upgrades and other general provisioning queries. Where necessary I will provide you with the tools to give you confidence to grow your EE and BT business. I come from a varied professional background specialising in HR Development, Quality Control and Compliance and aim to utilise those skills to make your journey with us as easy as possible.

Jake Ballinger
Desk Based Account Manager
I've been a Desk Based Account Manager at Mainline since November 2022, with over 9 years of Telecoms & Sales experience. I relish supporting partners towards business growth and achieving mutual goals.

Jamie-Leigh Bowring
Associate Partner Experience Specialist
I started Mainline as a stock administrator, later joining the commissions team. I deal with all things stock related, whilst ensuring prompt and correct payments to my partners. I'm very proud and enjoy both of my job roles.

Colin Buckley
Head of IT
The Head of IT, so much experience, I can remember 8 inch floppy disks! Systems, infrastructure, DB’s and moving vast quantities of data make my world rock. Happiest when walking my 3 dogs or cycling up steep hills!

Eddie Byrne
Partner Experience Specialist
I’m a Partner Experience Specialist, dealing with provisioning and in-life query resolution. My background is varied but the last 5 years has been spent in telecoms and now I can’t imagine doing anything else!


Matt Crofts
Desk Based Account Manager
I’ve been a Desk Based Account Manager since June 2019, with previous account management experience in logistics and utilities. I relish supporting Partners to develop and close opportunities within SME and Corporate sectors.

Alan Doherty
Commercial Manager
As Commercial Manager for Mainline I support our sales team and partners in winning and retaining business. I also advise on our overall commercial strategy, manage sales tools and create usable management information.

Gail Eddery
Head of Sales
I head up sales, commercial and marketing for Mainline and have over 20 years’ experience in telecoms. I thrive on looking at how we can enhance things and I place strong relationships with our partners at the centre of what I do.

Paul Everitt
Partner Manager
I look after our BT partners, specialising in the BT product portfolio. I have over 20 years' experience in telecoms and I love working with partners to get the best solution and thrive on seeing our partnerships grow.

Elizabeth Hoe
Partner Experience Specialist
I'm a Partner Experience Specialist here at Mainline. I have come from a very varied background in customer service and always put the customer’s needs first. I’m very patient and take the time to listen to ensure we get the best resolution, a skill I have picked up in the pub trade. I want to help the partners be the very best they can be.

Deborah Humphrey
Head of Finance and HR
I am the Head of Finance and HR at Mainline, responsible for all things number related and the controls required for that. Without sounding old, I’ve been a qualified accountant for nearly 25 years and at Mainline for nearly 20.

Emma Kelly
Desk Based Account Manager
I’ve joined Mainline as a Desk based account manager. With 14 years’ experience in Telecoms - managing operations and sales team, I’m excited help drive sales on existing and new opportunities.


Chris Kimpton
Finance Assistant
I am the Finance Assistant for Mainline. I support the finance team in preparing the management accounts, pricing, commissions, data and general reporting. I have had a number of roles within the Mainline team since joining in 2014.


Gary McCloy
Partner Manager
I bring over 12 years’ experience from the EE indirect channel to our Partners and prospects in Scotland and Northern Ireland - bringing a keen and honest approach to help build these great relationships.

Laurie McGrath
Marketing Specialist
I support Partners with marketing strategies and create promotional content through creative and innovative solutions. I have 17 years of Graphic Designer experience and I’m studying Level 6 CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing.

Jane Murfin
Partner Experience Specialist & Executive PA
I am part of the Partner Experience team helping to provide the very best service to our partners and also personal assistant to our MD. I have been part of our Mainline team for 14 years.



Stuart Perry
Management Accountant
I am the Management Accountant with responsibilities for the monthly accounts, reporting, pricing and all aspects of data integrity. I’m often referred to as "Data Man", a nickname given 11 years ago when joining Mainline.

Ricky Ricketts
Managing Director
As Managing Director, I have the privilege of leading the amazing Mainline team as we deliver every day for our partners. I have held director roles in BT for 20 years and have never been so excited about the future as I am about the opportunity for Mainline in the next few years.

Rita Sharratt
Facilities & Admin Manager
I support administrative aspects of HR including payroll, benefits and Health and Safety. I am the main contact for facilities, liaising with property maintenance companies as required and have 27 years of experience with Mainline.

Jenny Spooner
Partner Experience Manager
I manage the full end to end service proposition for Mainline; including the full connection journey and ensuring the team pay revshare payments right first time. I put the partner and end customer at the heart of all transactions.


Carla Tomlinson
Head of Partner Experience
I joined Mainline in 1997, becoming a qualified accountant who now heads up the Partner Experience team. We make sure your connections are connected right first time and that you are also paid correctly. I have a keen interest in constantly making improvements to our processes in order to make the partner experience a pleasant one.

Mat Whyman
Partner Manager
Helping to build and run an award-winning, multi-network business dealer over the past 20 years, I jumped the fence a few years ago to bring my industry experience into Mainline and support many of our strategic partners.
