Mainline know that it is important for you to have confidence that your commission payments are timely and accurate. Mainline therefore guarantee revenue share and upfront commission is paid, based on your tier, for SME and corporate connections when the correct process has been followed for connections. Commissions are paid to you weekly, one week in arrears, with revenue share paid monthly one month in arrears.
We are transparent on how our revenue share works and provide you with bite size learning tools to ensure that it is clear for you. The iManage portal, unique to Mainline, provides you with all you need to know about your commissions at your fingertips. You can access commission records, invoices and transactions. We also provide a remittance tracking pack which includes transactions and supporting analysis for the preceding week.
