Revised DA Criteria
Orange has issued revised criteria for Discount Authorisations.
Please ensure that the new DA form is completed as thoroughly as possible, and email your completed form to discauth@mainline.uk.com.

The standard service level agreement (SLA) for DAs is 7 working days. The outcome will be notified by email as either approved, declined, or conditionally accepted (where partial approval or conditions apply).
New Connections (20 to 74 handsets):
- Must be a minimum of 20 handsets with an ARPU of at least £35 per month per handset.
- Submit an application with at least 3 months proof of spend, including number of handsets.
- A breakdown of usage between landlines, calls within group, calls by mobile network etc., and/or a Tariff Com report should be supplied where possible. This information will aid the application.
DAs will be rejected if the DA form is not completed satisfactorily.
New Connections (75 or more handsets):
- 75 or more handsets with an ARPU of less than £35 will be considered.
- DAs are no longer required for 100 handsets or more where no additional commission or airtime credit is required. Standard price book commercials will apply.
- Submit an application with at least 3 months proof of spend including number of handsets.
- A breakdown of usage between landlines, calls within group, calls by mobile network etc., and/or a Tariff Com report should be supplied where possible. This information will aid the application.
DAs will be rejected if the DA form is not completed satisfactorily.
Upgrades:
- Must be a minimum of 20 handsets. If the customer is classed as Corporate, the ARPU must be at least £35 per month per handset. If the customer is classed as Small Business, the UIC Banding must be 4 or 5.
- Corporate accounts with 75 or more handsets and an ARPU of less than £35 will be considered.
- Bills are not required as Orange will have all spend information on its systems.
DAs will be rejected if:
- If the DA form is not completed satisfactorily.
- The customer has not yet reached the period of their contract in which they are eligible for upgrade.
- The customer is under an OBSCA, however if all subscribers are out of contract the OBSCA does not prevent upgrade.
- The DA includes the waiving of early upgrade fees.
SIM Only and/or Generic Handset Deals:
DAs are no longer required for SIM Only and / or Generic handset deals for more than 25 handsets where no additional commission or airtime credit is required. Price book commercials will apply.
