What is a Discount Authorisation (DA)?
The DA process allows dealers to request support or a change in business rules in order to acquire or retain business customers. The DA process is available for both Orange and T-Mobile new connections and upgrades.
The Process
To begin the process, a DA form needs to be completed and then submitted to discauth@mainline.uk.com
The Outcome
We aim to confirm a decision within 2 working days for new connections and 5 working days for upgrades. responses will be in the form of Approval, Decline or Conditional Accept.
