Good news regarding Small Business Upgrades!
You can now upgrade your Band 5 Small Business customers earlier!
UIC Band 5 Small Business customers can now upgrade at the mid point in their contract, with no roll-on of outstanding months, and without affecting your commission. This brings the indirect channel in line with the direct channel, allowing you to offer the same great levels of service to your customers.
Customers not in the last 3 months of their contract will be charged an upgrade fee.
However, UIC Band 5 customers upgrading within their Loyalty Period (i.e. the last 3 months of their contract) will still be subject to the roll-on of outstanding months.
Note - Indirect UIC band 5 Consumer upgrades rules remain unchanged, so consumer customers in UIC Band 5 can only upgrade within their Loyalty Period.
