Orange Airtime Credit Letter Available

From 4 July 2011, Orange has introduced an airtime credit (ATC) letter  which you can edit and send to your customer.

The letter details the value of the airtime credit that has been applied to your customer's account subject to the terms of the discount authorisation approval or the airtime applied as per the published airtime bundles.

If the customer has any questions about the airtime credit, a contact number at Orange is also provided on the letter.

The purpose of this letter is to provide clarity to the customer of what has been agreed with you with regards to the airtime discount against their account and how this will appear on their bill.
