Become a T-Mobile Stockist with Mainline

Become a T-Mobile Stockist with Mainline

If you want to become a T-Mobile Stockist with Mainline, you'll need to apply for a T-Mobile account.

The first step is to complete our online survey here

Once we've received your survey, we'll send you an application pack which needs to be completed and returned to Mainline as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  you must return the following items with your completed application.  If you don't include these items, your application will be delayed while we wait for you to send them to us:
  • Headed Paper or Compliment Slip with your company details clearly visible
  • Photographs of the interior and exterior of your premises
Once we've got your application pack back we'll send it across to T-Mobile and notify you of the outcome.  You should typically receive a response within 5 to 7 working days following receipt of your application pack.

New to T-Mobile?

You're already familiar with the way Orange works, but there are some key differences when it comes to T-Mobile.  We'll help you get the most out of your T-Mobile connections right from the start with a dedicated training session to take you through the processes, procedures and products.
If you'd like to find out more about T-Mobile training, please speak to your Dealer Sales Executive.

Already have a T-Mobile Stockist code?

If you already have a T-Mobile Stockist code with another distributor and you want to connect through Mainline, you'll still need to complete our application process, stating your current SEC code where requested.

Application for a T-Mobile Stockist account is not guaranteed.  If your application is not successful, Mainline will work with you to meet the requirements so you can reapply in the future.

Get signed up today!  Complete our survey and get your application started!
