Claim your £20 Converged Bonus
To claim your £20 Converged Bonus simply complete the form (attached below) with all your customer's details and return to marketing@mainline.uk.com by 8 October 2010. Claims will then be verified and payment of your additional bonus will be on or around 15 October 2010.
