Calling all business travellers!
From 7 June, Orange will be updating its Travel and Roaming bundles for voice and data.
This is ahead of the next wave of EU Regulations, due to come into force from July 2010. Full details are available in June's edition of iSell.
Reasons to travel with Orange
Anti-Bill Shock for Voice Roaming
Orange already sends Small Business customers a free text message on arrival in countries within Zone 1 and Zone 2, detailing maximum charges for voice, SMS and MMS. Medium Business customers can opt in to this.
Spend Alerts for Data Usage
From 1 July 2010, Orange will offer spend alerts for use within the EU so customers can keep track of their usage when they're outside the UK. Plans to expand this beyond the EU are in place for later this year.
Free Calls to Customer Service
Orange won't charge customers for calling Customer Services if they have a problem with their phone, unlike other networks.
More Roaming Networks
Orange has more roaming network agreements than any other provider, which means great voice and data coverage in more destinations.
Handset Data Packages
Orange's new handset data packages are designed for specific needs, making it easier to choose the right package for customers' data requirements. Customers can choose their packages based on Europe or Worldwide data (available either as monthly rolling or 12 month contract), and with 2 new dedicated BlackBerry roaming bundles it's even easier to get the right solution to their roaming needs.
