The BES Solutions Schedule has been revised

Orange has issued a revised Solutions Schedule for BES connections.  You can access the new form via the Mainline website Documents area, or download direct by clicking here.

The form has been updated with the following changes:

  • Price point reduced to £28
  • Data Allowance increased to 200MB
  • New contract periods of 18 and 36 months added

Change to Process for Adding BES

The process for connecting BES has also been revised.  Previously dealers would need to connect the relevant BlackBerry kit, then submit the correct documentation to Mainline.  The request would be checked by Mainline then forwarded to Orange for processing.

The new process is much simpler.  You still need to submit the relevant and correct documentation to Mainline, however we will now connect the kit on your behalf and liaise with Orange to complete the process.

N.B.There is no change to the process for Business Mobile dealers.  Please continue to process your BES connections in the usual way.
