Connecting your customers with Mainline gives you access to a more efficient Discount Authorisation (DA) process - and we're here to help you get the best deal for your customer.
Early Upgrades
Customers are approached by your competitors all the time, so to protect your existing customer base you can submit a DA request for an early upgrade to retain and secure your customers for another contract term before they are approached by other dealers or networks.
Additional Funding
If your customer is looking for better value on their business mobile phone plan, Orange will consider offering you a financial incentive to pass on to your customer, either as a monthly credit or a one-off payment.
Extra Sharers
Orange has a wide range of shared plans to suit most needs, but sometimes additional sharers are required which can be applied for through the DA process.
Reduced Line Rental
Mainline has had several successful applications for reduced line rental on BES, which can make or break the deal when it comes to signing larger organisations.
Criteria for Submission
- For 20 to 74 handsets an ARPU of at least £35 per month per handset is required
- For 75 or more handsets an ARPU of £35 or less will be considered
- At least 3 months proof of spend, including number of handsets
- A breakdown of usage between landlines, group calls, calls by network etc. Where possible a Tariff Com* report should be supplied to aid the application.
