Internal Sales

Mainline dealers also have access to a named contact within our Internal Sales Team. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience, the team will help you with your day to day Orange connections. And whether you're placing an order or following up an enquiry, the Internal Sales Team is your first point of contact.

Customer Services

Your Mainline trading account is looked after by our Customer Services Team. They'll assist you with your payments and commissions, and will help make sure that you submit the appropriate paperwork for each connection.

iManage

Work isn't just 9 to 5. It's not just Monday to Friday. But that's not an issue when you're a Mainline dealer. Our web portal - iManage - has been developed to give you instant online access to your account information, wherever you are, whenever you need it. It's totally secure and you can even decide who else in your business has access to which information.

Regular Payments

Managing your cash flow is vital to any business, and knowing that you'll receive your payments weekly gives you that added reassurance. This means you'll know exactly when you'll be paid and, thanks to our clear statements, you'll know exactly how much is due.

Fulfilment

Mainline's Fulfilment Service is available to dealers, whether your customers are B2B, consumer or a mix of both. For a small fee, we'll process your orders for you, and send them direct to your customer's door - as if you had sent it direct from your business.
