We are delighted to announce the launch of Mainline’s dedicated fulfilment website for business-to-business dealers - helping to reduce your costs and enhance levels of customer service.
This new service complements a successful business-to-consumer scheme, we have been operating on behalf of retail specialists for a number of years.
If you don’t want to hold large levels of stock, with all the associated security and insurance headaches, or you need to fulfil time-sensitive deliverys or a large orders then service will be ideal for you.
How does the service work?
After registering and then ordering in the usual way, log on to a dedicated web portal and specify when and where handsets are to be sent.
A selection of services are offered under the scheme, from straightforward despatch to returns and collections by courier.
Orders placed by 4.15 p.m. Monday to Friday are guaranteed to be delivered within the UK on the next working day before noon. Each delivery can be tracked, confirmed or even cancelled online.
Benefits of registration
Dealers can put multiple users on their account - each with their own access privileges. Sales people, for example, can upload their own sales orders. Delivery confirmations can be emailed to accounts departments.
The functionality of the system also provides you with a management information tool, enabling you to view commissions, payments, connections, returns and more.
What are the costs?
The service is very competitively priced and starts from just £2.50 per handset.
