What does Discount Authorisation (DA) mean?
The DA Process allows dealers to request support or a change in business rules in order to acquire or retain business customers, available on both Orange and T-Mobile new connections and upgrades.
The Process
To begin the DA process you will need to complete an Orange or T-Mobile DA form and submit it to DiscAuth@mainline.uk.com

The Outcome
Mainline aims is to confirm the decision within 2 working days for new connections and 5 working days for upgrades. Responses will be in the form of Approval, Decline or Conditional Accept (where partial approval or conditions apply). Credits will be allocated to the account on a monthly basis rather than one upfront credit.
