Our Dealer Sales Executives work with you to help maximise your Orange and T-Mobile connections. Regular contact helps to ensure that your connections go as smoothly as possible, allowing you to deliver a better service to your customers.

Telephone account management

Mainline dealers also have access to a named contact within our Internal Sales Team. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience, the team will help you with your day to day connections. And whether you're placing an order or following up an enquiry, the Internal Sales Team is your first point of contact.

Customer Services

Your Mainline trading account is looked after by our Customer Services Team. They'll assist you with your payments and commissions, and will help make sure that you submit the appropriate paperwork for each connection.

iManage

Work isn't just 9 to 5. It's not just Monday to Friday. But that's not an issue when you're a Mainline dealer. iManage allows you to place orders online at your convenience, and has been developed to give you instant online access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's totally secure and gives you access to a suite of reports including Datashare, Revenue Share, Advance Payments, Commissions, Connections and more.

Regular Payments

Managing your cash flow is vital to any business.   Mainline pays commission weekly in arrears, which means you'll know exactly when you'll be paid and, thanks to our clear statements, you'll know exactly how much is due.

Fulfilment

Mainline's Fulfilment Service is available to dealers, whether your customers are B2B, consumer or a mix of both. We'll process your orders for you and send them direct to your customer's door - as if you had sent it direct from your business.

Telesales

Our in house Telesales team lets us deliver even better value to our dealers. With services ranging from data purchase and cleansing through to lead generation and appointment setting, we can deliver quality results so you can win new customers and grow your connections.

Marketing
