Discount or Options?
When connecting you customers to a Business Sense plan, you must make sure they state clearly on the Purchase Order whether they want to take Discount or Options.
Customers signing up to a new Business Sense plan for 24 months or more can get the most out of their contract by choosing to take a Discount off their monthly line rental, or by choosing Options giving them more for their money.
This must be stated on your customer's Purchase Order, as not doing so can result in a delay in the connection process.
Your customer simply needs to state "with Options" or "with Discount" on the purchase order when they confirm the Business Sense plan they require.
Correct example:
Business Sense 2000 24 months with Discount
Incorrect example:
Business Sense 2000 24 months
