Webreg Hints and Tips
Follow a few simple hints and tips and you will be in connection heaven, not hell!
WebReg is the processing part of T-Mobile's online portal Access Point. It's easy to use and all online.
Here are our top hints and tips:
- Don't use Webreg for Government and charity accounts, business names with symbols or more than 26 characters or for accounts with 50+ handsets / lines.
- Don't come unstuck - always use Mainline's proof guidelines - see page 31 of iSell
- Always use the Business Support Team (BST) or Business Account Support(BAS) for porting
- If a credit check is referred, take a ntoe of your agreement number and leave 1 hour before you contact T-Mobile
- If BAS or BST are involved in a credit check, you will not be able to complete the connection on Webreg
- If you're adding additional connections to an existing account, the details on Webreg must match EXACTLY
