Orange Business -Revised Upgrade Process
Orange have introduced, with immediate effect, a temporary data bundle which is applied to a customers account at the point of upgrade until the new talkplan is live, to avoid the potential of bill shock when they use their new handset ahead of the talkplan change.
This is only applied to customer accounts where a data bundle has been requested as part of their new talkplan.
