Upgrade and Connection Process

Orange has issued an update to the Upgrade and Connections process for DAs (Discount Authorisations).

Any connections or upgrades which have had a DA attached and approved must now be processed via email and not over the telephone.  Attached below is a revised Connection Template, which now includes a field for the DA reference. 

This completed form should be emailed to business.connections@everythingeverywhere.com

The exception to the above is if the DA is for commission, in which case the process is business as usual.
